Titan Flow Control was founded by Dr. Glenn after a career that took him from remote wellheads to capital equipment installations across the global oil & gas industry. What started as a consultancy grew into a Houston-based valve automation house that ships rebuilds, surplus, and custom control systems to clients across North America.

Our story

Started on the wellhead.

Dr. Glenn spent a career on the hard end of oil & gas: wellhead service, capital equipment installation, actuator commissioning in places where a failed unit is not just a maintenance ticket. That experience shaped how Titan rebuilds. No paper work. No shortcuts. Pressure test before it ships.

Today Titan focuses on actuator rebuilding, custom control systems, and surplus inventory. The shop is fully equipped: pressure testing, welding, machining, coating, instrumentation, and rigging for heavy iron. The team is small and senior. The work is done by the same people who quote it.

Shop capability

Everything under one roof.

Pressure testing

Hydrostatic, seat, and shell test. Shop bench for cycling actuators under load.

Welding & machining

Coded welders. Manual and CNC machining for re-flanging, bore work, and adapter fab.

Coatings

Xylan on the cylinder bore ID of pneumatic power modules. Epoxy primer and exterior finish coat. Baked cure in-house.

Instrumentation

Custom controls bench. Wiring, tubing, panel build-out, positioners, and switches.

Rigging

12,000 lb and 25,000 lb forklifts. Overhead lifts. Drive-in dock. We handle big iron.

Engineering

Sizing, torque calcs, retrofit feasibility, drawings, and inspection reports.

Integration

Valve + actuator + controls mounted, tubed, wired, tested, documented, crated.

Surplus yard

Thousands of actuators and valves in stock. Rotating inventory with same-day holds.
