Drop-in replacements for Shafer & Bettis hand pumps.

Legacy hand-pump controls are hard to service and getting harder to source. We design custom aftermarket control systems (gas-over-oil, pneumatic, or electric) that bolt straight to the existing actuator and add years to the asset before a full replacement is needed.

Valve customization

Every trick in the book.

Machining, welding, coatings, and instrumentation. If a stock valve almost fits your service, our shop can close the gap without the cost and lead time of a custom build from the OEM.

Machining

Flange re-cut, bore re-sleeve, end-prep bevels, adapter plates, and actuator mount brackets. Manual and CNC.

Welding

Coded welders for carbon and stainless. Body extensions, socket-weld adapters, repair welds on cast and forged bodies.

Coating

Xylan on the cylinder bore ID of pneumatic power modules. Epoxy primer and exterior finish coat to client spec. Baked cure.

Shop capability

Full-capacity valve & actuator shop.

Pressure test

Hydrostatic test up to shop limits. Seat test, shell test, and stroke-under-load.

Welding & machining

Coded welders, manual and CNC machines on site for same-shop turnaround.

Instrumentation

Panel shop for custom controls, wiring, tubing, and sensor integration.

Rigging

12,000 lb and 25,000 lb forklifts, overhead lift, and truck-in dock. We handle big iron.
