The Bettis G Series scotch-yoke actuator is the workhorse of pipeline and heavy process. When one rolls into our shop, we tear it down to the housing, inspect every bore and bearing, replace every seal and guide, and send it back the way Bettis built it. Sizes G100 through G25000, spring-return or double-acting.
From the day your G Series hits our dock to the day it ships back under compression test, every step is documented and signed off.
Nameplate data captured. Photo log. External survey for damage, corrosion, and missing hardware.
Complete disassembly to the housing. Every bolt, pin, bushing, and seal cataloged.
Bores honed, seats re-cut, yoke slot measured. Out-of-tolerance parts replaced from our stock.
Xylan on the cylinder bore ID of the pneumatic power module. Epoxy primer and top-coat on the exterior to your spec.
Built in-house by the same tech who tore it down. All seals new. OEM torque values on every fastener.
Pressure-tested on the bench. Full stroke cycles under load. Documentation package before ship.
Phone or on-site support if the rebuilt unit is going into a critical service. We stand behind the work.
12-month parts & labor on all components we touched. No fine print.
